CULINARY CLUB
The Culinary Club of Valluvar College of Science and Management unites students with a passion for cooking. Open to all, it offers a platform to explore creativity, make friends and gain hands-on culinary experience. Students actively take part in cooking activities, learn diverse aspects of culinary arts and are encouraged to pursue their food dreams.
OBJECTIVES
- To give students live exposure to kitchen etiquette, recipe preparation, beverage management and room service concepts.
- To enhance creativity and practical cooking skills.
- To develop abilities in fusion food, baking arts, food management and room keeping.
